|PICTURES FROM THE
WELK CONCERT IN EASTLAKE
|Jim Turner and Ken Delo|
|Ken Delo served as the show's emcee, he was the first one out to open the show in which he introduced the first act....singer Jim Turner.|
|Jim sang a variety of songs, including "My Cup Runneth Over" and Tennessee Ernie Ford's signature hit "Sixteen Tons" during which he demonstrated his deep baritone voice that pleased the folks.|
|Sheila and Sherry Aldridge|
|The next act to perform were the lovely and talented Aldridge Sisters,
Sheila and Sherry....or She and Sher known by their good friends.
In their set, they sang "It Takes Two" followed by their rendition of Billy Joel's classic hit "Just The Way You Are" and finally with the ever soulful and meloncholic "Blue Bayou".
|Judging by their appearance, She and Sher sounded beautiful and angelic. It's always a treat and a pleasure seeing them perform and getting to know them.|
